Would you like to step outside your busy urban lifestyle for an interactive day full of health, food and fun?  Come join me at the most welcoming, cosy, wellness focused venue in the Hague,  Flolab

We will ease into our day with delicious coffee/tea and healthy bites, while we team up together and test our knowledge on health-related questions. We will view examples of food diaries and learn how to control the blood sugar roller coaster by understanding the impact of hidden sugars.

Lunch preparation will be a joint affair, as we cook up a storm of delicious ingredients to enjoy a scrumptious lunch together.

Stemming from a functional medicine perspective, we will spend the afternoon learning about 4 systems of health that have a huge impact on our overall health: Gut, Immune, Mental, Endocrine.  We will learn how to consciously connect to our inner world through diet, mindfulness eating and self-care.  Case studies reviews and competitions will keep you alert and engaged throughout the day.

You will leave this workshop armed with new knowledge, that can help you achieve your health goals, promoting holistic and sustainable improvements in multiple key areas of your life, including better sleep, stronger mental focus, higher energy and a more positive outlook.
